You are the customer. By submitting an order on this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions that appear below. These Terms and Conditions will apply to any purchase made on TheLittleMart.com website. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and we recommend you to check it to ensure that you agree with at the date of your order. If you place an order after we have published the changes on this website, those changes will bind you.
You must be 13 years old or over and must complete the registration procedure to order on our website. No one below 13 is authorised to enter any personal information on this website; if we understand that any person below 13 has registered or ordered through this website we will immediately suppress any information related to this person. Please inform us if you hear that a person below 13 has registered to our website. You must supply us with your email address, your name and full address, your telephone and mobile phone number and any other information which would help our delivery subcontractor to locate you at the time of the delivery (about your personal details). You must notify us of any change in this information before placing an order on this website. On registration, you will be asked to choose a password. This password is confidential and you must keep it secure.
Prices and delivery charges
The price of the goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order. Promotions are offered for a limited period to time. Prices on such goods may increase when promotions are no longer being offered. There is no minimum order quantity or amount except for bakery. As we calculate the selling prices of our products as close as possible to its real price, the delivery costs are not included in the products prices. The delivery fees for any order are RM15 for KL/Selangor and RM35 for Peninsula Malaysia.
You agree to buy goods on this website for your personal use only. You agree to place an order under these Terms and Conditions. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an email to the email address you have provided to us. All further communication regarding your order will also be done through the email address you provided to us.
Your order will be confirmed and valid once you will inform your payment:
- pay at the door with cash (i.e. Cash On Delivery)
- pay by Bank Deposit (i.e. offline Bank transfer)
- pay online with a credit Card (i.e. Online Credit Card Payment)
Payment must cover the cost of all delivered goods. The total amount you will have to pay is shown on our website and also on the invoice provided with your delivery. Once you receive your goods, you must sign the invoice received by the delivery assistant.
We do deliver in Kuala Lumpur and Peninsula Malaysia ( except Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)
For KL delivery time is 2 days and for Peninsula Malaysia is between 4/7 days.
We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas or to modify the delivery network. Delivery will be done to the address specified by you when you register on our website. It is your responsibility to make sure that your personal details are accurate. You must notify us if you move home so that we can deliver to the correct address.
Goods are subject to availability. We cannot be held responsible if the goods you wish to purchase are not available. We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. If the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly. It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is always available at the delivery address during the delivery slot. If you cannot attend the delivery, you must notify us.
At the time of delivery, someone on your behalf or yourself will be available to inspect the goods. If someone else at the delivery address signs for your goods, we are entitled to assume that this person is authorised to do it. If nobody is at the address when the delivery is attempted and we have to rearrange a delivery, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the goods and we are entitled to charge additional fees delivery. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the goods after the contract has been concluded.
Our goods will be delivered inside a carton box or bags. Our policy is to reuse the packaging as possible and avoid waste to protect the environnement. You will have the possibility to give it back to the delivery assistant.
Amendment of orders, returns and cancellation rights
You cannot amend or cancel your order once validate your order online. While inspecting the goods at the time of delivery, you identify faulty goods, you must notify us promptly by emailing.
Warranties and liability
Employees, partners of TheLittleMart will not be liable for direct, indirect, loss of profits or other loss of your access to the use of this website...
Weather conditions or outside events may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If it is the case, we will contact you as soon as we can to rearrange your delivery time and date.
When you will register with us, we will ask you to provide us some personal information.
Your email address will be your registration name. We will use it to send you confirmation of your order and payment and we might use it to contact you about your order or delivery. Your name and full address will be used to identify and locate you at the time of the delivery. Your telephone number or mobile phone number can be used to give you information about your delivery slot, your order or your delivery.
We will keep record of these information so you don’t need to re-enter them every time you want to place an order on this website. The information you have provided to us are confidential and protected. We only keep them to process your orders and deliver your goods and we keep them secure. You will be able to see and amend the information you have provided to us at any time by visiting on this website.
Despite all our efforts to avoid such a situation, it could happen that the product you ordered is not available anymore at the time we prepare your parcel.
If you find a mistake from our side or a missing product upon reception of your order, thanks to inform us within 7 (seven) days and thanks to contact us @ email@example.com , you will receive by a promo code a credit note for the next order. No refund provided.
This policy applies only for items purchased and delivered from our online shop https://www.thelittlemart.com.The discounted items and items that has been damaged or soiled through customer's neglect are not concerned.
We reserve the right to suspend this website without notice for repair, maintenance or other technical reasons.
